hmm. . most small breeds can't really jog for long distance. There's the mini husky, HDB approved. price tag is $5000.

Did you check to see if there's grease/oil on the pump you are using? For example, a brand new md55 has got grease on the outlet and inlet. Oil will prevent ur skimmer from funtioning to the optinum. Therefore, do a check on the pump u are using. Alternatively, could be ur tuning problem. Definately not bcuz ur water is too clean. jk.
