Yup u are right, ATI sld continue to include the Air Flow Meter for future users, or maybe install a more accurate one. i think local DIY-gurus such as I-Aquatic can do a better job cutting the acrylic. . haha. . End of the day, i have no complaints. Before i got the ATI, the skimmer that impressed me most was Deltec. Judging from the bubbles produced by Bubble Master, its definately as good or better than Deltec. I used to believe that bigger means better. But its proven that short and wide skimmers are more efficent instead!

Not really, maybe need some kick in time. The bubbles are so fine! Btw who can get an air flow meter to test the ATI?

After using 3 different beckett, i have to say the ATI Bubble Master beats all of them hands down. The bubbles are a lot more fine than those generated by the beckett. At the same time, the wattage is definately lower if u were to use a pressure rated pump for the beckett.

ReDDevils: you are right, the newer models does not come with the air flow meter. But i hope one thing wun changed, the pump! lyz77: i was quite lazy. . didnt rise the skimmer to see if it works just as efficently. i was amused by the results it produced though! jervis: the air flow meter is useless in this case cuz it always show the maximum, so i cant really tell u what's the air intake!! Since u are always so particular about workmanship n all, can tell u frankly the ATI workmanship is not up to standard. But since it can foam. . i shall overlook that!

Just to add, as stated by Klaus Jansen (Bubble King): Tunze Master, Quiet1one, ATI-pumps.... are all the same manufacturer... SICCE-Italy... Therefore i am very skeptical about the new range of ATI pumps. I actually hope they will continue to use the Eheim pumps instead. From my experience, Eheim pumps are definately far more superior than Sicce pumps. Fortunately i got the Eheim 1262 pump.
