u sld be asking ur bf! anyway a skimmer is vital for the aquarium. Like wad AT mention b4, its not the chiller or the lightings that will save your tank, but the skimmer" *correct me if i quoted wrongly* Its meant for skimming out all the wastes from the tank, hence ensure tt the water is in gd quality. cons: might skim out important elements as well.

bro, wad's the price u looking at? when u mention u bought at 280, tt might have frighten some of the reefers, including myself.

bro, running chiller for 1ft nano not cost-effective. . why not try the fan method n see if it works. my friend's nano tank running on one single fan can have a constant temp of 29 degrees.

i will set up a qt tank as soon as i find a 2ft tank. but anyway can the pbt and brown tang be saved? its a pity to see them wasted away. . is it ok to drip garlic on the frozen brine/mysis shimps n feed them?
