  6. The shrimp featured in Fishiee's avatar is an ideal addition for your cleaning crew.
  7. Tiger Sponges available at Iwana. Very nice, I dont see them often. Or maybe I have not been going to enough LFS for some time
  8. It's up to you. "skunk" Cleaner shrimps are a goo option. Easy to keep and are not so agressive. 1 to 2 should be good enough for you. I used to keep them to eat left overs. Currently I'm keeping 2 peppermint shrimps to keep my tank clean
  9. Mine does the dance whenever it felt threatened or it crawled into 1 way holes and dono how to back out. Maybe I must teach it how to do the michael jackson moon walk 1 day ------- Shrimps are actually very good scavangers for left over food. They can virtually 'smell' from any part of the tank.
  10. Yea abalones are pretty hard working night worker. 1 is enough to cover my 3ft tank. However they ocassionally like to do shake they shell around so make sure your rocks are secured. My abalone once did a "dance" and dislodged my sps frag rock onto my prata. Argh! Sting Power -> Prata 5:1 SPS frag
  11. This one nice! I like. Dont think I've seen it selling in local lfs before.
  12. Hey Lemonlemon. This is off topic but I cant help it not to ask this question after seeing your new avatar. Some girls offended you isit?
  13. It's good that you ask around before investing. Reef keeping is great hobby but also a complex one. Always good to read about each individual specie you intend to buy to understand their requirements and tolerance to other species you have. Start slowly and Have fun! Some experiences I have I agree with the earlier comment on the Chromis and Maroon Clowns. They can be really territorial. Bit off the tail of my new additions last time... unless you add a even bigger fish then them. Best to choose those labeled as peaceful for your earlier additions. Also, start with those that at labeled "easy care" first to save $$ and heart pain. =)
  14. This looks like a Good Deal. Definately worth an Upz
  15. I'd say the Hot Pink Stylo is definately worth a look! Thumbs Upz ..
  16. Hi Justin, welcome to the hobby! A word of advice for new tank startups - Add slowly. Control the temptation to imediately flood the tank. May you have wonderful time staring at your tank like we do. Enjoy!
  17. wow very neat setup. Impressive!
  18. Hi I'm looking for a 3ft to 4ft tank with sump. 3ft preffered as my current setup is 3ft so I can just transfer my T5 lights over. Story behind the search for tank My current tank of 5 years gave way yesterday. 1 of the metal stand broke off at the feet and the whole tank is like leaning tower of pisa now. (luckily only part of the 1 feet gave way else the whole glass tank will come smashing down .... Haiz ...
