woman want to be treated like how we treat our full sps tank...... must buy sparkling live rock for her...... funky old reef mud (F.O.R.M) for her to wash face........and dose additives for her... like once in a while clean HER house.....cook for her.... and blah blah....

i am saying that in the long run.. some people will hate the fine tuning.......

IMO... option number two looks nice.....

not saying the beckket is lousy..... it is the best equipment for skimming out every molecule of gunk,dirt, fish cr@p out of the water.. but the fact remains that it is one of the most high maintainence skimmer avaliable in the market.... which is why many people are switching with needlewheel like deltec etc etc

bro.. u might want to try the macro skimmer instead... they are abit better than weipro...... especially the needlewheel series...

according to experience using a beckket/../// i found it very high maintainence....... once u clean the skimmer.... and you on the power...... it does not give u the skimmate you want it.. so u must retune the air once you disturb the skimmer..... very very very high maintainence......

bro.. u might want to consider a weipro skimmer too...... imi it ia cheaper and have been proven creadible to a certain extent....else if u want the prizm skimmer will be a better choice because the berlin air lift will look unsightly in your tank

there is a possibility that what u said had happened... but the chances of it happeining is quite slim.... probably u minght want to check behond your rockwork..... or on the floor????maybe it jumped out??

the threat of bengs slashing up people is basically zero now.....but the real harm these ah bengs do is far more worst than slashing...... they often bully those who are different them or who they classify as weak or sissy...... this is the real problem,,,,....extort money..... and stuff....this will bring physchological stress upon the victim.. which in my opinion is far more worst than what any physical harm can do.....

yup.. i going for blackout for 3 YEARS..... i figure ite life will be busy....... after my ite days .,... i will restart my tank... ya.. for now i run my beckket skimmer 24 hours..... and all equipment run on full strength.... with exception of no lights for 3 years..... or probably 2 years............note there is no animals inside except live rocks.....and a shallow sand bed which i will be taking out within the period of 1 year.....because i know there is alot of detritus confirm will be suck underneath if we never move the rocks around so i was wondering how to get rid of it wothout moving the rocks......

ok... thanks bros for the advices... btw mine is a standard 3 feet x18 inch x 18 inch tank.......... i am using tunze6060 and 2 seio820.. for circulation.... which i believe is strong enough a surge to keep sps happy??..... btw... my tank now no sps..... only live rocks...... and is going through a 3 year blackout...... on the question of getting a powerhead to blow the detritus off.... how often should i do it???? and will it harm sps by using a current to stir up detritus????
