i run 4 hours for my SPS.. But my lighting is 400w x (2 x 39w ATI blue bulb) I think the stipulatd 4-5 hours as you mentioned is enoughbut must enhanse abit with at least 2 blue bulb for your viewing pleasure la... lol... But it is completely optional lo...
