Bro, wrasses normally are part timer, so best and faster method is to remove the affected colonies. Turn it up-side-down and shake hard under sw in another bucket to remove nudis. This method help to reduce the stress level of the already stressed zoa. For those colonies that cannot be remove, manually catch the nudis 1 an hour after light goes off, but it will be a prolong process depend on how hard working you are.

You can feed them with guppies or mollies, they can aclimatised in salt water. I kept my filter fish in a separate tank, feed them as and when needed cause can't overfeed the frogfish or they will die.
