  4. Another pic on the skimmer. Currently, I'm having a LR tank only with 1 yellow mimic tang 1 six wrasser 1 frishery angel and few yashia gobies. Very low bio-load in my tank and the skimmer is able to skim some quality skimmate. Will try to adjust for more dry skimmate.
  5. This is really a good skimmer. I have test run this unit for 1 day on my Iwaki MD40 and it skimmed 5minutes after the installation. But too bad, someone has already ordered that unit. This is my 24" beckett done by Chipson and it break in after 1 day. The pic shows the skimate after 3 days running it.

  14. Make sure your ballasts are tightly screwed onto the casing with screws and nuts, if not there will be some vibration cause. Also, from the pic it seem your left ballast is touching the left casing. Try to keep a distance away from both sides of the casing.

  19. My Resun MD40 pump also produce very high pitch noise at times, has stop using it since . Now running on my Iwaki MD40 from Benz, very quite as compare to Resun. Also Resun pump run very hot which might not prolong their life span, IMO.

  21. HI , Pump still available, have not use it.
  22. It cannot be use anymore cause the coil is burnt. It can only turn 'ON' and will never off. Try to off it using the overright switch, if it cannot off then confirmed the coil is burnt.
  23. You need to get the ES220 contactor which connect together with the hager timer to do the switching function.
