Ya.. i know the tangs will recognize the red bamboo as natural food, but how do i make them change their diet from red bamboo to brine shrimps and mysis...?

yea.. wad bro damien said is quite true.. cuz calcium is added actually for the health of the skeletons of LPS and SPS. doesn't really do much to soft corals as they do not have a skeletal structure like LPS. my guess is, check your lightings.. is it sufficient? Leather corals do need good lighting.. do tell us the type of lighting you using..

it's true that leather corals do shed their skin, but the leather in the pic doesn't look good, and even if it's sheding, it shouldn't be sagging..

Does water quality affect whether fishes eat? If your water is very good, does that mean that some other harder fishes to feed might actually start eating?
