Hi bro alfa, Regal angels are totally safe with SPS. They may touch LPS if they are not well-fed enough though, however, they are not softies-safe. They whack mushrooms, zoos, xenia..

Swallowtail angel IS reef-safe.

Ya, the red sea regal angel is much much easier to keep than compared to the white-bellied regal angel.. I have seen many reefers successfully keep red sea regal but NONE have successfully keep a white-bellied regal.
