What i do is to control the micro bubble at the return pump so that my skimmer still works as it should. How i do that is just to have a screen of filter wool around return to prevent micro bubbles. Hope this helps

No the Victron set consist of 1. Fixture. 2. ballast and ignitor (control unit) 3. bulb the reason why the bulb holder is not included is because I've upgraded to 250w so using the existing bulb holder. Cheers.
