yeah perhaps not enough lighting. my elegance got that patch when i shifted it down, it didnt have those when more towards the light. or maybe, which is less likely, too much light. whats ur stats?

can get from jireh for needlewheel since they are doing the BM retail here. but i dunno will they sell it to u, even if they do, prepare to pay a chopping price

in water application is difficult to stick. try doing it out of water. dry ur subject with cloth of tissue before applying the epoxy. use more if you are not confident. once done, put it back in water in low current area. all the best.
