yeah, i like things "tight-fit" I got 3 pratas in the valley, they are side by side, they tend to overlap one another turn by turn. sometimes they dun, they will make folds like rics do. the picture was taken after an hour of lights off so the prata to the front depressed but actually they are co existing pretty well. they had been there for atleast a year. Thank you Larry, i will still squeeze out time for maintaining this tank. catch up soon my dear friend. im so looking forward to aquarama 2011. hi Tiko Siang, thank you! it was rather better in the past, prefer the colors days back. I had given up on frozen food already, at most will feed some mysis. told my maid and mum to feed more when im not at home, so i think i should see some fattening up soon. keep in touch buddy. thank you Marcovan, you will be welcome. just come after your exam. wenjie is facing the same problem as well. but hes busy hugging buddha leg now. thanks for the advice, i think my goal now is to learn as much as i can in management. do drop by soon old friend. shit owner got shit tank, that makes me a shit person and shit person got shit friend. you are one of them. :chair: help me diy my LED, really white elephant down there. or maybe get a day off just for that. i got most of the parts ready already.

1. Trace elements - ok 2. 5 in 1 coral food - not ok, coral food best to kept in freezer after opening, if not it will spoilt easily. 3. purple up - best to be shaken before use for the residue. 4. Iwarna topup - I believe got residue as well. For 3, it's more for coraline as the aragonite particle are useful for coraline growing, didn't include KH buffer. For 4, if im not wrong, it's more for KH and some other elements.

i never knew it was about 5 months ago when i last update. recently had been busy with work since i entered into society, hardly have weekends, almost everyday worked till late and work brought home. no time for shopping spree on live stock, future-wife-to-be complaining no time for all. worst of all no time for maintenance. coraline growing on my front display, medium didnt change, lazy to do water change, corals toppled, fish unfed and got skinny. many corals were off the cliff. sps toppled and I didnt bother and most of them were bleached or half dead when i picked them up yesterday. only recently i realize some of my corals and fishes werent doing too well as my prized zoas shrinked up, it was only then that i took some time off to work on my tank. for at least 4 months to 5 I didnt do water change and for atleast 3 months, i didnt changed carbon/rowa/chemical dosing. my water parameter after 220L water change was: Ca: 380 Mg: 1380 (Weird) PO4: ~0ppm (bloody Weird) KH: 3.8 dkh!!!!!!!! NO3: 0~0.1ppm surprisingly my sps were ok, PO4 and NO3 in check. After one day of adjustment with waterchange, medium changing and element dosing: things start to look better. these are some of the images taken from my iphone, its shitty but at least thats the least i can do to document. some corals got larger and some other colored up where some other lost colors.

hardwave stall or those pet shops. they sell mesh similar to this (with different range and size) to prevent pest/pets from running away.

my friend just got one for his tank this month, as far as i know its first in Singapore. so highly unlikely you can get a used one. special intend from reef depot. so ask them. be prepared to pay a price for it. but extremely worth it. extremely intelligent piece of equipment.

this is german power plug. use a german converter to UK/SG, the metal in the center is the ground. can get it at iwarna, hardware shops or RD.

Is Coral RX useful against Monti nudis
LaW replied to mengyang_neo's topic in Disease treatment/parasite/pest control
check expire date. if its over the expire date, i find its less potent. perhaps try increasing the amount more as what i know RX do kills monti nudi.
