  2. wah, i didnt know its worth thousands of dollars on copepod eggs. the figure is very high
  3. that i agree as well. even if he manage to get it. it will be in relatively small amount. perhaps u should already start on the red. it will be even better for that kind of uncommon variation.
  4. now its just recently out. need to bug steven of LCK to bring them in. hope he manage to get the quotation and volume.
  5. i agree. its fabulous pellet feeding might be available to all of us soon. people no longer restricted to keeping mandrain in a reasonable large tank for its pods population.

  9. hey chris, coming 4 blue notes if the price have not change
  10. i will take it. pm you flat piece is good for pegging.
  11. yeah, this hobby is never cheap. a small mistake kills(for lifestock i mean). all the best steven.
  12. possible to achieve acceptable ph. but if you just want a stable ph of 8.3 without fluctuation throughout 24/7, impossible. i suggest you hook up everything you have then see what need to be done from there. btw, kalkwasser is calcium based, so dosing it also increase ph and Ca.
  13. haha fast hand as always fred
  14. i have those on my corals as well. it looks to me like sponges/tunicates of some sort. IME, its not harmful. but u can remove it via manual removal. all the best.
  15. wah, i wanted it. but so bias, on selected location only.
  16. sound good, maybe start from low concentration dose and increase it as accordingly when needed. all the best.
  17. for sure you will need to doze something into you tank that can up ph. easiest and economical way to up ph is a pump/dosing pump with kalkwasser thats link to ph controller. so any ph below threshold, the dosing is on. but let me warn you, its very dangerous. perhaps u want to look into the base of the problem if you have lower ph other than trying to increase it all along. a good kicking skimmer thats drawing a huge amount of air will help alot alot on ph and orp as well.
  18. well, thats thesis can be accurate. and u are right, we cannot rely on singly. what pproject?
  19. no, dun think you can steven lower when lights are off. in theory, ph should be lowered when keeping animal for their waste. perhaps u can use kalkwasser reactor a kalkwasser topup to maintain you ph to your wanted level when you top up water.
  20. tag tag sound could be caused by pistol shrimp and snails. so do double check.
  21. i agree to both what joe and fuel suggest. all the best. i will leave the tank bare for a while from now. 2 weeks is a rather short duration. doze bac and water change for that period. more or less the recent fish that being introduce after the major clean died from disease or ammonia. dun be suprise that after you clean some equipment, especially biomedia, how much damage can be done to the setup.
