Package includes: 1) 8cm across sparky zoa colony 2) Assorted zoa rock 3) 2 x 7cm across green paly rock 4) 1 x green people's eater 5) a frag that I bought from GO. Forgot what name already. Sorry bros and ladies, no picture available at the moment because I am busy with work to take them. Hope everyone understands that this is not a buy-low, sell-high deal. I'm selling because I have TOO many zoas to take care and decides to let some of my old flames go if not I do not have space for my sps and other zoa colonies to grow out properly. Anyone is most appreciated by myself to come view the package. Selling all of the above for $20 or I am also open to trades. Anything from nice mushies to yumas or browned out but surviving sps frags will be appreciated by me. Cheers and happy reefing, Marc J.

I'm running a Reef Octopus DNW200. It's a little noisy when the water level in the tank gets low beyond optimum skimming (I do wet skimming). Performance wise, I say I cannot believe Reef Octopus skimmers can skim shit out of my ULN system. So well, good choice for setting your sights on an economical and efficient skimmer If you want to see the performance, by all means arrange a time with me, I will be more than glad to entertain you (: Happy Reefing, Marc J.

It's okay bro. Everything is a learning step to something greater! (: well for myself, I use the Reef Calculator to calculate how much I need to dose per week, then I adjust from there. So, keeping a journal of your daily regime is necessary for balling if not, die liao (: Anyway, there's no harm going for CR or kalk reactor. For myself even though I am using Balling, I am still planning to run a kalk reactor to provide the necessary stability for the tank just in case, something fails at least the consequences aren't that detrimental. But sticking with my principles, that's gonna be the last equipment going in service for my tank's backbone (: Nonetheless bro before you consider if you want to do balling or run a CR, you got to run in the necessary cost to maintain the necessary equipments or the cost to buy the necessary stuff to start the regime. Balling alike CR has a lot of hidden costs. Test kits alone will cost you a blue note already (: So think hard before making the plunge (: Happy Reefing, Marc P.S: Check this out - http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-02/rhf/index.php

I am more game for balling because of the cost-saving it has provided on the long run. And less equipments also mean lesser applications of Murphy's Theory. Hope you know what I mean bro. Anyway do you have the formula for the dosing regime? (: Also, if you ask me if with your current stock level, do you need to do dosing. My answer is no need. You can always replace the necessary elements with weekly water changes. Oceanic, D&D and Reef Crystal salt mixes are really good! Here's something for the ref: http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.p...mp;pagenumber=1 Lastly, where are you going to get your variable dosing pump from? Let me know via PM k! (: Marc.
