I I would follow chingchai. Go with 6 400W MH with lumenarc fixtures and get some decent t5 fixtures and blue leds as supplements. I wouldn't go for AI because of cost and size of your tank alone; doubt 7/8 AI will cover you.. just my 2 cents

Ive similar problem but more of foot rot than hand rot tho once awhile my hands do peel after touching dusty stuff or sweating too much. What I do is to wash them with a mild soap throughly (ie. cetafil) then apply vaseline. both you can find in guardian or ntuc. Complete your doc's medicine and at the same time do some 保养 here and there. hope these help

Not many people understand the challenges of a nano tank but those who do can find an abundant resources of nano tanks qualified for TOTQ.
