Try to get your hands on a Resun MD 55, the one thats is a Iwaki lookalike... I jus acquired one from Aquarama..... pressure rated and should be real cool for a reef..... that is if you can get one locally....... one thing though, this baby runs external so do factor that in during your sump design.......

I recommend nothing less than 250Ws if you are interested in SPS....

Well, A reef fixed for SPS should do the trick..... though they are hardier in nature...and can accept a higher degree of abuse....

Mellow, lights are about 12 inches from water surface..... and I THINK ITS TOO HIGH.... been thinking of lowering my lights too 4-6 inches from water surface...... Well, acros have been with me for some time... in fact tehy are jus in the process of colouring up after they got brown due to the new reef conditions.... Give me some time... cos once my New calcium reactor comes in and my dkh and calcium levels be in the optimum zone and lowered lights, they should look way much better...... and thanks for the compliments..... Kevin, photos of full reef will only attract reefers with intentions to raid......

My Dream Reef is one jus like what Acanthurus pyroferus has... A 4 by 4 by 2 reef.... only that would truly satisfy me....
