mine is a 2.5ft deep......6inch sand bed. i need to get a ladder to reach below the sand bed.......but with wet armpit. but, do not need to reach below the sand bed all the time........so no prob.

if u dont want to keep SPS, than 2 x 150 if sufficient. no need for 250....over kill. since ur tank is only 1.5ft tall, 2x150watt is more than enough to keep LPS....

yap....4 footer......than, custom ur hood to incorporate 2 x MH.........

just wondering what type of lighting will you use? with 4x4 coverage, u need lots of lightings.... if u looking for MH, u need 4 sets atleast....... with your water volume, u need the largest chiller in the market........ that will be another large investment.
