hi bro, this is a china brand MH(dont want to reveal the brand).......and it is using magnetic ballast.....with an ignitor only. how much can they save cost by not using an capasitor? very strange..... now i need to get a capasitor myself......

hi bro, thats a very nice comment........ thats why reefers approach u to diy their lights rite? when i diy lights, i will include the capacitor......but for this fixture, its stange that the factory fitiing does not include the capacitor....there should be a theory behide it. since u are so smart, can u explain why???

hi guys, just dismantle a 2x150watt MH (chine brand) fixture and realise that the set does not have any capacitor. it had only ballast and ignitor.....very strange.... will it affect anything??? danger?? need advise........

hi bro, if u intent to buy a 4 ft tank, please be prepare to spend more than 5k on equipment etc....this is the basic needs of a marine tank. if not, please start with a smaller tank.......

im using RA680. yap, mine have 2 deg differential......but it can be set.

u should let us know the chiller brand and your tank volume. That might help alot.... is the chiller under power?

yap its true.... where did u put the chiller? does it have good vendilation?? If it works properly, it should not take that long to chill......
