Check your salinity? Maybe that is the culprit as invertebrates cannot survive when the salinity too low. And skimmer will not skim well with low salinity which you mention your skimmer did not skim anything for 1 mth. My 2 cents

Also u have a lot of micro bubble as well...........Non constant water level will cause your skimmer not to work well unless you are using an external skimmer.

there is the 10,000k version..... if you don't like the 16,000k colours, you can change to the 10,000k leds which will be much whiter.
