i use a filter bag to prevent the splash...some of them even uses socks. try...it works

hi bro, u need better lighting in order to retain the color of the sps.....

average operating hours is @ 8hrs. we normally suppliment with actinic which normally run longer hrs... on off the MH can cause stress to ur fishes n coral. make sure u have a chiller when running a MH....it can be very hot

nicely done.....i also ever thought of making the "w" shape but u gonna have problem to mount or stablise the screws to the reflectors. even if u can secure it, the clips will not be straight.....so will the tubes my 2cent worth...i maybe wrong. btw, what finish is the mirror reflectors...........

well said........ its true if u have individual reflectors, u are using all the lights so there will not be any light lost....better still, parabolic reflectors...ha ha ha
