if u want a true actinic, u need to get the coralife tube...t5 are much brighter n then intend to be blue...not purple like the coralife

ur atman chiller is definately under powered. for ur tank size, u definately need a chiller above 1/2hp. wanna join me...im diying a 1hp chiller now....

just to share on my chiller performance. im using a RR1.25hp n my tank is @ 900 ltrs. my tank size is 4x2.5x2.5ft with a 3x1.5x1.5ft sump. my lighting is 2x250watts with 4 x 24watts actinic suppliments. my tank is set to 25deg and the chiller is located beside by tank. so, the ambience is good. when the full lighting is on, it will take 3 hrs to cool to 2deg. if no lights, it will take @ 2 hrs. im actually happy with the performance. im also looking into building my own chiller. im looking to upgrade to a true 1hp compressor chiller. currently sourcing for a housing. my 2 cents worth.....

im still with my H&S....i find it value for $$....low running cost.. excellent skimmate

hi bro, i can answer u as that is my profession.....im in a freight industry. a custom broker is an agent who does custom declaration and clearance. for eg, if u want to import a product from us to sin, and the freight forwarder that handle this freight do not have an office or representive here, they will not be able to do custom clearance. so for this case, u need to appoint an agent in sin to do the clearance. This is what they mean by custom broker. so if u have appointed ABC as the custom broker. the freight forwarder from us will ship the shipment into singapore and notify ABC when shipment arrives. ABC will than takes the docs from the freight forwarder and proceed with the custom declaration and clearance. once that is done, ABC will than send the shipment to your door. clear enough?

well, it depend on ur needs....if u uses 2x150watts, u may not be able to keep all type of coral eg sps. u may 1 consider 250watts.....u can suspended the fixture higher to have a larger spread. the best, why not go for 2 x 250watts? most of the reefers who uses 150watts will upgrade their lights to 250watts in the matter of time.....well, but it still up to your choice. cheers......my 2 cents worth

normal eballast can be used but it will shortern the life span of the t5 tubes. the true t5 eballast will have a "pre heat" capability which will prolong the life of the t5 tubes. if u looking at osram, the prices are very exp......the other alternative is using Vossloh. the eballast is from germany n being used by geissman pendant etc. well, the eballast is @ sgd40. or maybe lesser if we can bulk order. i maybe be able to help if u guys need them....

alluminium is the best. but u need to plan for ur endcaps. and not to forget, the reflectors. also, a place to house the eballast. if u need help, do let me know.....
