Hi MR Daniel, Whatever it is, you are very defensive in the ATI brand. If you are an ATI fanatic, by all means get the tubes. No doubt the old ATI from Narva was good. But the new batches are produce from Sylvania. Why the change from Narva to Sylvania? I have send my contact to you via pm and also ask you politely for your contact. why so sascastic with you reply? I ve seriously have no relationship/business dealing with you. No reason why should i have your number with me. And why should i get from other ppl or other means just to get your ctc? Hi Mr Daniel, Indeed you have done alot of reading. Yes, the comparison was posted in www.korallenriff.de . It is showing the the Aqua Science tubes produces 3300 lumen compare to the ATI which produces 2700 lumen. The names below the chart are showing the two brand of tubes that was tested. It was done on the same place by an independant party in Germany. The chart is a comparison of both tubes. After this test, they have written about the different type of tubes and their views. This does not involve the Distributor of the mention tubes. I will get approval to post the translation of this article in English. Like i mention before, the decision is still base on the enduser. Im bring in this tubes to give more choices for the consumer. No matter how good the tubes are, it will still base on individual liking and preference. They may be using China tubes and very happy with it. On the rumours that you have heared, it may be a one sided story. So, the best way to clarify this is to hear on both ends. In that way, you will know if he is a friend or a foe. Can be trusted or to avoid... I have learn alot of lessons after doing this commercially. If im not honest, i will not be what i am now. I still have all the support from the LFS, Freelancers, Suppliers, Tank makers etc. Im still keen to chat with you so that it will clear your negative doubts towards me. i have no hatred against u so why the harm on listening to the order side of the story?

well, in this forum, there are a lot of shady ppl. Nick only comes out for attack. Check on all their post and you can see……. Why not get AT to check on all the user’s in this tread? Than the truth will be out. Im beginning to enjoy this tread. If you look at it, Daniel and Ben are also doing the same business (Simple Gadget and Horizon Ventures). Looking at their attitude and the way they speak, you will guess how they are in person. Im asking the both of them out is to understand why they are attacking me in such manner? I have talk to Aquamarin on this as im trying to understand why you are acting this way as i do not have anything against u. Im not looking for sympathy but for an answer? You are indeed a keyboard heroes kudos. As most ppl know, this attack is mainly because they are my competitor and cannot accept the fact of being a loser. Using this type of disgraceful tactics to bring someone down by giving false accusation. Is this your way to be successful? Hi guys, by now, whatever need to know have been more or less answered. so if u want to have any futher info, please email them to me. As i mention before, the chart was a test from my distributor which was done in germany. I feel it was good to share but it was rejected for by some due to the slight different color in the graph. If you wish to do a comparison now, pls use ATI chart versus Aqua Science chart (manufacture graph). I have since remove the comparison chart. 1) i have already offer to have a test but no one is interested 2) to meet n talk, rather hide behind the screen I understand fully as there are alot of business rival here. This is not something new that is happening and some are related to this industry. Business rival cant meet? There is some saying goes: "today maybe your day but tomorrow will be mine" We are living in a small society, what goes around comes around. So i will rest my case here. Basiclly, reefers have the choice to use whatever tubes they deem good. As a reefer myself, i have use all kind of T5 tubes and when u use them, u will know their performance. If you can get ATI, it will be good as there will be more choice to the reefers. I will like to wait and see since there may be sorce to bring them. As for me, i will only do bulk order if its certain that i can bring in the product. Not the other way round and in the end, empty promise. Reefers waited for ages but no show? DE, Does the manufacter have any data showing spectrum shift and intensity decay of this T5 tube. It would also be meaningful apart from just showing the intensity peaks etc..... Im not sure but i need to check on this. I posted a similar question in yr DELUX MH bulb tread, but however have not gotten a favourable reply (apart from u quoting "800hrs" by manufacturer). Maybe some sort of decay chart will be good. Yes i have them but it is in harb copy (black n white). We will take this on seperately, I m sure it will open up more biz opportunity if the pdt u carry is of reputable origin. Thanks in advance.

Yes, that is why i have since remove the chart that was posted. The chart was actually meant for me that was provided by my distributor so i thought it was good to share among reefers. Since there are too many queries about the chart, that was why it was removed. However u escalate the event by deleting the msg instead of replying. Maybe u need more time to find out more abt the t5 tubes.. But u should just at least post a "Sorry note and will get back to u after i clarify with the distributors" That's more professional rite... Yap, u got that rite. Btw how u feel when u post a question enquiring abt the "conflicting info" then u got your msg delete? The most appropriate way to post a question is by official email. I guess not all the time the sponsors are in the forum. I agree that deleting the post is not an answer to the solution. Not all of us have deep pockets and can try out t5... we would prefer to trust one source and use it.. However the source refers to "recomendations" or "chart" Yes i agree with that not all reefers do have a deep pocket. The chart will not give u all the answer but u need to try it to find out more. Base on Aqua Science manufacture chart, what can tell about the tubes? What is the "perfect or ideal chart" base on the graph? btw, i am curious how to test t5 locally? with special equipment or EYES. Send them for lab test? if this is not available here, send overseas to get it done since there are so many doubts on t5 tubes. I have known reefer who can see the difference between T5 reflectors visually. But for T5 tubes, of course with special equipments. Who have the EYES that are able to tell?

You feel sad when you see such remarks! COM’ on, the product hasn’t been tested and that is precisely why this was brought up because you claimed it is 20% stronger than ATI. Hi Daniel, this claim was done and tested by the distributor in Germany. The chart was forwarded to me after the test that they have did. To add –on, the charts provided in your site shows different value in the relative intensity, which coincidentally is about 20% stronger than the ATI. Anyway the ATI chart presented is also inaccurate. Do you think it is still trust worthy? If you think the chart is not trust worty, you have a point there as this was not done by me. That is the reason why the chart was remove and it was not appreciate but condemed. This is just a test that was did in germany. If you want a better and accurate comparison, why not do a test in SG? Why dont u voluntee and do a test together? Rather than condeming without any test done To me, you are presenting false facts to reefers and if I understand the charts correctly, the T5s will appear more yellowish when compared with ATI and Deltec. Wat makes you think that the ATI is not available in the US and EU market?? It is in fact too high in demand for their local market and there isn’t enough for overseas. You may have to swallow your words soon. Pls do another bulk order for the ATI tubes if you are able to get them. Tell me the honest reason why the last bulk order failed? most of them have place their order and waited till now. What happended? Reefers who are in the hobby long enough knows that besides ATI there is D&D, Aqualight, Aquamedicis. And they also know that LSs are sensitive to the quality, color and spectrum of the tubes used. Don’t blame others when you wanna make a “killing”, but failed. If you check in reef central, there are more t5 tubes available in the market. Im bring in Aqua Science tubes is just to have more options to the reefing society. Selling this tubes cant make me rich. Im just bring this tubes to make more options for the reefers. If you think that other tubes are better, by all means use them. BTW, i have received a reply from Mr Rex Ng…….. Bottom line is, why is there so much issue when a new product is launch? A chart cant tell u much unless u try them urself.
