I got the ID from net... Antennarius biocellatus (Brackish-Water or Twinspot Frogfish) lives in brackish water, a habitat seldom visited by divers. This is probably the reason it is not very well known. http://www.frogfish.ch/species-arten/Anten...iocellatus.html
