Saw a juv emperor at iwarna yesterday. Cost 10 or 12 bucks. Cheap if u ask me, abt 2". Would have got it if i dont have any corals and have a big enuf tank.

Hey dont know if this would help of apply to yur case. Bought a pair of false clown some time back, first 3-4 days refuse to eat at all. keep hidding in the back corner swimming up and down the glass. Then gat slighty better, start eating but still keep going to the back till i bought them an anemone. Now they are protecting the anemone as its territory, haha. Eating like pigs now. Always belly round round. Dunno if theres any differences between the true and false, but i prob think that they need some time to adapt lah. Good luck dude!!!

WOW GUYS GUYS!!! Thanks for all the input!!! clownfish, jd_n, thioeh and 19... For my lighting i have 2T5s, a daylight and a blue tube. I guess it should be enuf yeah? yeah i thought that getting acheap one to start off is good, Inverts can be quite unpredictable... die without reason... experience it b4 with one shrimp and a clove coral. Jus died when the other more theorically sensitive ones are thriving. BTW erm... croceas, maxima, squamosa and derasa... haha But any pics? Cant tell the diff.

Hey domino, Sand from the beach? Woah... scary leh... what if u collected some oil spill residue or something. Am thinking of switching to a customed 3ft tank in about a year or so, The present 2 feeter is for me to gain experiences to the hobby. Maybe i should hope back my financial resources till then... But wont hurt to find out more now yeah? Powder brown dont have yet, but hav a YT. Ok lah, one of the biggest of the 5 small fishes in my tank. Greedy fellow... eats everything. Pieces of shrimp, pellets, dried bloodworms my macro algae... , the onlything it wouldnt touch is BBS... maybe too small la cant see. Eyes so big also no use. HAHA!!!
