  11. Salifert,is the most accurate and give easy readings but be prepared to pay at least $30 for a kit.i use tetratest which is quite affordable,u may also try mini labour.

  13. i think most of their nutrition is derived from photosynthesis via the zooxanthelle(dunno whether rite spelling).so provide them with light.few people bother to feed them. Jus my 2 cents.

  16. wad i intend for a sump is a 1ft tank,jus beside the main tank,i am currently using an overhead filter+wet and dry.BTW,theres nothing much to put in a 1ft tank.
  17. t5 are defintely better than t8.one reefer here even keeps his sps and clams with t5.they have higher output,make sure you get the HO tubes.
