Hi Anzai, I saw a post (can't remember where I saw it, probably arofanatic) that mentioned this guy, John (is it the same John??), who provide on-site hole drilling service. Tel: 90290015. It was quite an old post, so hopefully u can still get him using this number. Cheers, dandelion76

check out my explanation on how to start the flow... works wonder for me. http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?...ic=12846&st=135 p/s: don't forget to add an end cap with small hole drilled into it to cover the open end of ur over-flow pipe. This end cap not only help to reduce noise, but to some extend it help u to increase the siphoning power (when u used something to close the small opening, hence create a full siphon) to remove air bubles trapped in the upper u-join when needed. I do this sometime to make sure that there's no bubble trapped in my current over-flow pipe. Had been running for many many months without siphon break liao Cheers

U can also target feed it with Mysis shrimp... easier http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?...&hl=brain&st=15

Upz ... Anyone??
-
Yes this is called Open Brain indeed (I don't know the scientific name of it) The small little thing growing around its inner rim are actually its feeding tantacles.. completely normal. When there's food available (or after feeding it) these tantacles will come out Ur brain is s little bleach.. try to target feed it with meaty food, i.e mysis or market prawn regularly (once a day or once very other day), to help its growth.. Since u are having Cauliflower in ur tank I believe u might not have read much about the proper environment needed to sustain an open brain in ur tank. Do some search in SRC and read more about it... pay more attention to ur lights, calcium level, and KH. Happy reefing

caulerpa taken. colacozier, sorry coz someone else had reserved the algae. Sms me in a month time and I should have some more to give. At the mean time u may want to do some research about the pros and cons of having Caulerpa in ur sump, and also some possible ways to prevent it from turning asexual (ie. 24/7 lighting)
-
Hi, Just prune my refugium, have a bunch of caulerpa to give/swop. If u have something (frags) to swop then I will happily accept; if u have nothing also nevermind Collection at Clementi area. Sms me at 96434976 if u want them. Will trow it away if nobody response by 20 April. See photo..

Wow!! That's a very good price for a 4 feet tank with cabinet!! (hey market spoilt liaoz...) Upzz for u... -
I don't think 29C is a problem as I have kept hammer with success for many months even my tank temp. always hover around that region (I don't have chiller untill recently). Check if it's brown jelly dieases (u will see brown jelly like mucus in the polyps). To confirm, smell it, it STINK. If so, most of the time the hammer will die. I lost two hammers to brown jelly. Some reefers manage to safe them by dipping it in Lugols solution (should be by Kent Marine if I remember correctly). Some also have limited success with Fresh Water dip. Do a search and you should be able to find some info here. Also, try to provide low to medium flow, and no direct flow towards ur hammer. U should only see the polyps wave a little bit with the current to allow it to extend fully and well. Your lights is insufficient. Hammer need atleast PL if not T5 or MH to do well. FL is normally not recommended for LPS. And oh yes don't measure you lights by wattage.. it's the spectrum and intensity (PAR value) that matters, not wattages. i.e. a 150W of FL is in no way comparable to the intensity of 150W T5 or 150W of MH.. got the idea? Happy reefing..
