I hope they can self recover naturally if this is really white spots My 3 chromis died each one after another day and today my purple firefish decided to give up too and died. However..my purple firefish don't have the usual white spots but more of like blotches of wound. I suspect coz their skin is different from the rest Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

  15. This morning when I on my light, I noticed a wriggly suspended 0.5mm bristleworm. It was quite early and I think none of the fish took note and try to eat. I used a net to net it out. Question is will fishes eat bristleworm and is it harmful? Previously I did catch a 3cm bristleworm from a coral while I was dipping and I used a tweezer to pull it out. Not sure is this their offspring etc Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

  24. Hi all I made a grave mistake in my quarantine tank that cost all my 7 fishes to die in a same day! My quarantine tank is the size of 20cm x 15cm x 10cm After one week of housing 5 chromis, 1 blenny and 1 goby, all died in one day when I was back. I decided to test salinity and found its ok at 35 Decided to test my ammonia and realosed it was at 8ppm or more. I guess all died due to ammonia poisoning! Should have use a bigger tank and change water more often in a week! Decided to share so all can learn from .y mistake! Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
  25. Hi guys I'm thinking to add Aquavitro Phosfiltrum filter media to my canister filter to lower phosphate. My tank is about 135litres and their recommendation is use their 50 gram bag to treat 300 litres of water. My question is..if I use the 50gram bag for my tank will it be ok? Will it be like over dosage etc? Is there other water parameters i need to be beware of while using GFO? Is it regenerable? Thank you! Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
