today i was maintaining my tank and was looking at the resun Fr-1000 with rowaphos i was surprised to find pods inside swimming and running around on the surface of the rowa...they were of diff sizes, from the smallest visible to the eye to the biggest (bout 3mm) actually, i have a refugium with lots of copepods but for them to get into the fr, only 2 waes 1) get out from the refugium, get pumped into the main tank, escape lots of hungry fishes, swim to entrance of IOS, pass through 3 layers of wool, go into 2nd compartment of sump, enter the pump with its own layer of filter, pass through antoher 2 layers of filter in the Fr, pass through 5cm worth of rowa then finally settle inside or 2) get out from the refugium and swim up the exit pipe of the fr in the opposite direction to the water flow either way, its pretty amazing to me has anyone else ever encountered such wierd occurances of pods?

i would really hope reborn improves on stocking conditions...i feel everytime i go there its very sad, you see lots of fishes overstocked with ich, swimming upside down or already dead i'm glad they started a new branch for corals so got more tanks for fishes but conditions to improve or deprove remains to be seen but i like the fact that they always have 10-20% discounts on their products upstairs recently enquired schuran jetskim 150...40% discount price comes to about 600+! would have bought if not for the fact that some 师傅 of mine psychoed me into getting hns regarding ocean planet....well....uncle sometimes can be deceiving(thinks is unintentional la) sometimes he tells u "confirm eating!"...u ask him to feed sometimes he rejects by saying :"aie..i tell u eating means eating...can trust me!" but be careful la....cos i did get fishes from him. some eat some dun eat(these r easy to keep fishes...not tangs or anthias) then those that dun eat i must waste time weaning or they starve to death so i hope he's clear on what he's saying PS:if i offended anyone, (including the lfs), pls do not flame me. i am a customer with comments based on my own experience. either you guys see it as a comment for improvement （从善如流）or take it sensitively and get angry but either way, dun flame me.

sis...y u wan so much in the fr? i'm using this for my 5x2x2...keeps po4 and undetectable level (tropic marin po4 test kit) and inside i only put about 400gm of rowa with flowrate of 400L/hr IMO you can consider using it

hey sis...whether other heads will die depends that's y u must monitor the heads near to the one that is or has already died if the death spreads, u must frag and throw away those heads that are affected, that's the only way to keep the others from dying i'm not sure if lugol dip will help...anyway, i had a 3head hammer, 1 died and i didn't frag...then the other 2 after 3 days started dying off...had i fragged off that dying one i think i might have saved the other 2 so you must be careful and check
