  3. lyz77 my 5x2x2 cost me $3000/-...price has taken into consideration salt purchase and pipings purchases i have only 120kg of #1 sand and 60-70kg of liverocks (2nd hand)
  4. hi kee i think i agree with venezia and dun take the rocks back you can't be confident of his water parameters...for all you know u might bring back a bunch of spoilt rocks that may just pollute your tank but if you have other ideas to treat the rocks when they come back, then no worries
  5. 5mth old macro needlewheel skimmer as350 for sale. comes with original pump can be used out or insump details can refer to http://www.aqua-macro.com/skimmer.htm pm me with offering price if interested ridiculous offer pls dun try
  6. can you advice if sealife is under this list of net catching fishes too?
  7. no...he's very young....equally ignorant
  8. no offense deepblue but i personally do not agree that even though there's an agreement then the person isn't a cheat... elderly people who pay for "magic stones" also agree to it...but we all know that these are cheating cases i believe the responsibility lies with both the seller and the buyer...both have to be honest, both have to truthful, both have to take blame once again, no offense to deepblue or anyone else
  9. anyway, back to main topic which is Kee and haloz my friend can tell you guys about it in more detail should he choose to start a thread
  10. the bleaching part is the part that my friend isn't happy about...not so much the small size of the ric but as i said, i used the word cheat cos i feel that way, it does not in anyway reflect a truth
  11. alrighty then I WANT TO MAKE CLEAR THAT I MEAN NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE AND I USED THE WORD CHEAT BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT MY FRIEND USED AND THAT'S WHAT I FELT AFTER LISTENING TO THE STORY so here goes...for convenience, that guy is X my friend was arranging to swap ric with X friend's one is about 20cent coin big X told my friend that the ric he had was 5cents big X was sincere enough to run from one end of singapore to meet my friend at the other end but when they met, my friend looked at the ric, it was no bigger than the size of the head of a ball pt pen and it was bleached.... X said if my friend not happy can call the deal off but seeing that the guy ran from one side to the other side of singapore and not wanting to waste my friend's trip down to the MRT station to meet, my friend agreed. couple of days later, ric fell off the rock it came with...and you guys should know what that means PS: my friend's tank has parameters up to standards...you guys have seen his tank thread before so that speaks for the quality of the ric in the first place
  12. sigh...must i?...i really dun wanna offend anione
  13. from the experience of my friend...yes

  15. I've got a 8mth old tunze 6060 for sale pm me if interested
  16. agreed... abit regret buying macro as bioload increases. btw, even though everything you can get 2nd hand but with big tank, all these stuff can still be ex so work within your budget just like some have said above
  17. if its eating well then just add garlic to whatever you feed the fish with i've won 2 battles with ich this way...never tried the FW dip method..i find it abit risky but if you're confident...why not? btw, check your water parameters...sth could be off
  18. i agree with this esp on the part about stable water parameters but one thing u must consider is the costs u will incur because everything u need has to be bigger and more powerful. hence more costly to purchase and not to mention costly to maintain elec bill hor!
  19. nice girl on the other line ah....i pressed #1 haha i'm such a good boy
  20. zhang yu, andy lau and ayumi and big ######!
  21. my finger leather is directly under 2x250W in middle of tank...no problems... but can't speak for other leather specimens of species though...
