1)pls buy test kits for ph, nh3,no2 and no3 and kh. petmart sells a package of the first 4 for only $30/-. quite reliable IMO. 2) for gd bact build up, read up about cycling process 3)after you've made sure your tank is ready for lifestock, read up about them before buying and don't stock up too fast for more info, can always check www.wetwebmedia.com

hypervtec also quite impressive ah actually i do not have these photos with me, i just surf net and can find tonnes of pretty girl photos...then just copy and paste here...we men are actually really lucky! there are couple of websites that u can find lots of chiobu pics and that's where i get mine from

i've already made clear that i am a believer of the red sun coral in a post just a few before this so your claim and effort to correct me is duely noted as to gothia, i did apologise to her for my tone used as for DA and yiling, i believe the last few posts before this one have shown i do not bear enmities towards any of them and have i claimed that yiling's sun is losing colour? NO.my efforts to yiling's red sun has only been to keep us updated of its health. you claim i have no reason to doubt the existance of a red sun, let me clarify that i do have reasons. what reasons you ask? i shall not elaborate further for it'll just start another string of arguments and will hinder those from wanting to share pictures with us. so if you would, i believe DA and i have already agreed case closed you have achieved the objective of correcting me and i have achieved mine of becoming a believer... so now, leave this thread to people who wants to share their sun corals with the rest of us

oh...i forgot to add that i noticed when adding more iodine, my mushrooms seem to propagate and spread faster. suddenly new polyps were sprouting. just another of my observations

jus to keep things back in track, here's my sun coral from another reefer DA, the pic on the right is alittle pinkish in colour, would that be considered a red sun coral? (just trying to learn more so pls DON'T take this question the wrong way, no pun or sarcasm intended...Peace! )

of course to a certain extent i'm a believer...that's why when i asked if yiling had another red sun, it was merely curiosity, pls don't interpret it the wrong way so yiling, i hope u understand me taking interest in your sun coral is not sarcasm or anything bad afterall, i did take it off the dyed list remember?

nice to see that its doing well! care to take a photo of it under white light? actinic kinda makes the red look purple i noticed that in your thread under member's tank and specs, you said "FYI, it has been with me for about 1 wk. If it is dyed , the colour should have faded eh?" on Apr 29th. so up to today, it should only have been about 10days...why do you say its about a month? Is this one another red sun coral that you bought?
