Bro,IMO not worth the trouble,even if can silicon back you will have to clear all coral,LS,LR & water from the tank.;better to get a new one.

It will grow back quite fast (10-14 days depending on 'damages')if it is separated from the 'bullies';if not it may even died from their assaults before the fins have a chance to grow again.
