hi bro , i have a second chiller handed to me by one of my very good friend but the thing is , it take 3 days to bring my temp to 27 c .I running a 2 ft cube so my question : 1)Every chiller need gas to operate ?or just electricty will do for some mode? 2)Anyone know who can top up the gas or where to do it and the cost to refill the gas? 3)Or because my chiller is not powerful enough? By the way i running a halae 080 model tks bro ya

hi guys got a strange encounter which i cant really solve , last week since my tank crash , i change sand to a dsb add in old rocks and previous water , i then start to cycle my tank once again by throwing in a market prawn ,it normal cycling for the fist 3 days where ammonia shoot up then suddenly which is 6 days later. I test my water and to my suprise ammonia -0,no2 -0 and no3 -80 what happening ?is this what they call speed up cycling ,or due to my old rock and water my tank is cycled and am i ready to add fish now? tks guys .

hi guys maybe it my fault i bought a pair of oversize 1 and they did not dig at 1 corner ,they dig all places to the bottom and even underneath my rock causing some to topple .Just my experience it may differ from person to person just thought share with you guys but im not getting that for sure happy with my shrimp and lobster now .

just like to share my experience , my greatest mistake was to get sand shifters , my tank of 8 months was doing well until i introduce 2 big gobies thinking they help to clean my sand bed .But they keep cleaning the sandbed till the bottom and cause all my bateria to die off and this wipe out my tank .Got to clear the tank and catch them and restart my tank and so upset to all the fishes that was killed by them .Just my experience ,mine is a 2 ft cube and 2 inch sand bed then oh ya and just to add now i just get some shrimp and a lobster they doing great so dun get anything to will dig into the sand ! cheers

hi bro out there after looking at blue heaven post decide to restucutre my sane bed going for 3.5 grade 1 sand the problem is see different shop selling c1 at different price range form 6 to 10 bucks of course some lf claim that their 10 buvks sand is better is there such a thing or coral is just coral chips? tks bro for helping out cheers ya
