zoas infest with hair algae

Appreciate some guidance. I have a blue tang as well as an algae blenny. However they're not doing their job eating the hair algae. The hair algae are on my zoas as well as my gsp. Any other solution? Prefer not to use the hydrogen peroxide method. -
