very hard to keep this fish and i think u need a tank that is quite big as well... and im assuming they only take live food? correct me if im wrong...

u can put it in your tank but it'll look more like a freshwater planted... placing the microalgae in the refugium would be a better choice because u can put more and it's easier to prune the algae... cyclone?! u mean cyclopzee... both are generally the same.. u can see cyclopzee, u can't see DTs.. only green water quantity and all are listed on the can or bottle..

it'll be better if u switch off all the PHs and filtration system... i think u're reffering to LIVE baby brine and not frozen ya? if that's the case, then u just put a little in your tank... overfeeding is not really good.. err actually underfeeding ain't good either.. actually, if u put alot of it in, leave the pumps all switched off for abt 15mins.. then switch them all on, the remaining of the shrimps might get sucked into your filtration system...

maybe u can try improve water conditions tremendously.. (water change) the best u can get is maybe part of the mantle would turn white... something like bleached

i was also advised to do that actually but i think you'll be better off not doing it... it's to remove the worms and all the creatures living in the rock actually but at the same time, more benificial organisms get removed.. moreover, some of these worms and crabs would not be disturbed by a little freshwater but benificial bacteria definately would

it's definately NOT lying flat... there is a rock just behind it actually but it isn't touching it at all.. hmmm i have uncontrollable amounts of hair algae in my tank! when i remove some, it would grow back from the same spot... do i have to scrub and remove the 'root' of the algae???
