i don't think AT said a DSB here would crash and not crash there... if it's in the sump, nothing can 'disturb' it therefore it's LESS LIKELY to crash in the sump then in the main tank where there are powerheads that may drop and create a sandstorm...

i don't think i need to target feed a damn-sel (damsel) they would rush for food like no1's business... just dump food into the water and they would eat

maybe 2 150watt MH lights... which would add up to abt 300 watts.. then plus 2 T5 atinic lights... would bring your total wattage to around 400watts... definately enough for normal corals... however, not enough for SPS...

hmmm for a FOWLR, your lights are sufficient but definately not for corals.. 110watts for a 4 footer? u need quite alot of light if u want corals... 3kg of lr if way too little... tube anemone is like a waste of space because NO fish can go near it... u just have to waste that hugh amount of space it occupies... fishes can't swim there and u can't place corals there... try touching it.. DON'T DO IT! they really DO sting!

there would be one part of the clam that is rather flat and soft at the bottom, right? if not, it would be attached to a rock... place the rock on another rock or in betwn 2 rocks... make sure the clam does not get restricted in it's movements...
