yup.. pinkish purple rocks certainly looks GREAT!! and smooth to touch.. ever scratched my hands by the rocks before.. but coralline areas are amazingly smooth.. like plastic.

hehe.. actually getting quite sick of it too.. powerheads now unable to service as it's covered with coralline..now spots are appearing in my skimmer too, altough i scrub it once every week..i fear the worst..but when i see coralline covering live rocks into one solid mass, it's quite interesting..

cool coralline on your pump bro.. anyway, did u ever service it? the coralline kinda covered the pump base so i can't wash the interior now..

reef vital DNA IS in liquid form..the bottle srinks in size everytime after closing back.. suggesting "live bacteria culture" as oxygen gets used up in the botttle..

after the first week spots of coralline appears everywhere.. those growing on liverocks starts covering the whole rock.. by the end of 1 month, coralline at vertically placed rocks starts to grow into plate shapes. my guess is they're reaching out for more light.. withnin 2 months there was'nt a single rock in my tank not having blotches of thick coralline all over it.. schedule as follows: tech cb every 3 days (5caps each) F.O.R.M everyday (1/8 teaspoon) reefvital D.N.A (1cap everyday for first 30days, afterwhich reduce to 1cap every 4 days) actinic lights (12-13Hrs everyday) water temp (27celcius)

posting just to share my views and this thread is entirely for good of fellow reefers.. this is what i did and this is the result.. not changing anyone's opinion.. just the testement from my tank..
