Marbled fromia starfish, not an easy pet though, drip acclimated for almost 3 hrs. Now see it happily gazing algae allover my back glass, hope it survives. Heard very sensitive to slight change in water parameters. Got to see how Long it would survive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They don’t die fast, I believe u need to get them to feed to make sure they extend out ... I had it initially and didt knew this, but if u do make them to respond to feed I think they will dSurvive well Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

We very much enjoyed our 5x2x2 ground level reef tank for quite some time. We as family felt it’s now time to upgrade our current set up due to space constraints and our urge to have deeper tank more room for fish and corals. Below is my old tank. The upgrade is not so significant, the new tank spec is L5xW2.5XH2 feet, yes 2.5 wide just half feet more, but it really matters if I want to go with sps dominant and have enough space for our carzy colonies of LPS and 30 odd fish Yes it’s not brand new, for it from a nice Reefer who decom his tank, and for my requirement the plumbing needs to be upgraded to improve the flow. It has TOP and Bottom braces, it may not look so aesthetically pleasing but helps for me for the kind of setup I have for my light and avoids water flowing over the glass and less maintenance. Over all it’s a great tank with high cabinet and ample space to work underneath and decent size sump with enough room. Sump size L4xw2xH 1.3 I will decom try current tank in Feb 2019, if anyone keen to buy the tank and the sump do let me know And now will keep you posted on all upgrades, lighting and over all set up. yes bro it’s bit Long. I had my neighbours maid to come and have look alternate day to see all running. Maid comes at the time when all pumps lights are running at peak to check and Take pics and Video and sends us. In case of any serious issues I will need to call LFC, this August when I was away for a week skimmer broke, dosing pump dosed loads of calcium, lost some sps due to RTN, luckily aquamarine came in and changed it immediately. power outrage is one thing that I was really concerned off. I am focusing on solution, planing to add inverter backup and cam during my next trip for 2 weeks, additionally it’s gonna have double skimmer with double return pumps with float switches. Dosing pump is one area that I need to work, considering to add calcium reactor along with dosing pump in 3:2 ratio. it’s gonna be tough challenge. Left the tank on auto for 10 days, nutrients drastically dropped ,land untraceable, corals turned bit pale, but over all sps looked great. All parameters stable. Nitrate drop - could be due to controlled feeding of fish One blue polyp yellow acro couldn’t make it - lucky have a frag of it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
