Always one at a time, even with same parameter it takes time for fish to adjust in new tank even if water is from old tank coz your beneficial bacteria take time to colonize that would keep ur nitrates in balance, sudden load is not good for any tank. My exp. even with same live rock and 50% same old water with 3 months of hardcore Cycling and same parameters 2 of my 14 chormis died even after acclimation. Could be of any other reason.
