1rock of blue mushies is around the same price for 1 polyp of nice yuma, and cheaper then a ricordia florida polyp slowly stock ur tank lor, nicer effect eventually

if see eggs dun put in ur display tank, i ever had an incident i tot all eggs were gone , i din even use tweezers, i run it under tap water and use my fingers to rub them off but apparently there are some i couldnt get , and my tank got nudi infestation again lol now i practise quarantine, better safe then sorry

always do freshwater dip with lugol's solution and quarantine ur zoas 1st, they got alot of possible pest when new from lfs, especially some lfs in particular

try not to waste your space on cheap mushrooms, get nice rics and yumas instead , then just add a few nice mushroom rocks to make the rics/yumas shine GO has very nice red and orange mushrom rocks last week when i went down.

hmmm maybe i should change my sump to reduce my water volume, that extra 200l is making me have a hard life on skimmer ap850 still not enuff, 2morow i will plan on how to reduce the water before changing sump lol

now just waiting for some1 right that some1??? before cny i was told now to keep the lps surviving i have to constantly feed them dry pellets, i gave up on feeding prawn meat, after once i had a 1 hour struggle with the fishes constantly stealing the meat away

yup only mushies and zoas doing fine and spreading, some lps are bleaching pratas and the branch octos my tank is now underlighted , using only 4x24w t5 tubes (2 white and 2 actinic ) and 2 x 4ft oceanus led strips. awaiting my high output led fixture to come in

the 2 blue tangs in there for 2 months plus already, grown quite alot, when i bought them they were only 50 cent coin size, bought 2 in case 1 could not survive due to failing on blue tangs many times to ich , surprisingly both these 2 fellas got no ich since day 1 sohal is now king of the tangs lor

Ok finally gonna make a tank thread , although i am still unhappy with the look of the tank, but can track my progress as it goes along this is my 4th and most successful try since 2003, hopefully it stays at 4. urs might be copepods, the bigger 1s arn --- size is amphipods, then the bad 1s that suck blood from fishes are isopods the 1s u can eat are also call isopods

pods are yummy yummy for fishes, and to a certain extend (not much ) they help to clean detritus
