bro use air con compressor lah , not ex and cheap on electricity and ur place got space to put the compressor, u interested i can hook u up to get it install. i think if u use a 1hp compressor can cool ur tank down in 10mins

no need to throw lah, just wash it, chlorine evaporates very fast , wash a few time and put it out to dry and the chlorine will be gone

get the 1 i bought lor external model or can always go for the king of the bubbles, no more upgrading headaches because there is nutting you can upgrade to after that

i haven really tried putting the pump on pulsing more then 30% yet, maybe tonite will be trying to play more with it presenting quite happy already with the settings as i managed to make my corals sway left and right but how high do you point your outlet of the pump towards the water surface? mine is both pointing arn 10 o'clock towards the water surface , aiming to hit each other's wave somewhere in the middle of the tank

yup gd suggestions from solo, get a vortech and get a non controllable tunze (cheap) for flow , that way you can hide the tunze with rocks as well but make sure you make it easy to remove for maintaining in future
