    yeah even 1 hour exposure the bleach will sink it... you later need to rinse the rocks and then treat it with anti chlorine couple of times just to be sure. i usually soak the rocks overnight in treated tap water after bleaching it

    Its better to keep the zenia on 1 seperate rock , so if any overgrow you can just cut it with disturbing other corals

    Well 1 hp is more than enough for 180 gallon even if it 50FT. What you can do is you can buy a bigger titanium exchange coil (1.5HP) so more surface area and water contact.

    well picture would be a great in order to give advice. And if its in the same level thats good because it would be really silent. what is your expectation or desire of the water level in your overflow?

    i doubt it PO4 is 10 ppm ....its best to recheck and yes RUN a GFO in a reactor
