Looking for a power head for my 1.5ft tank..... my present one is too power and too noisy! cos I am using grade 0 sand and the PH just keep stirring up the sand.... Anyone can recommend a low end model that is powerful enough and is very quiet while in operation? cos the tank is just beside my bed Thanks for all the help.....

Went to Bio Ocean today and was browsing through the bottles of chemicals and found out that there is a bottle from Seachem called Stability™. Did a small research at Seachem website about this product and below is what it promise.... Thats very cheap... Which LSH do you get the cannister from? btw, is the cannister slient? cos it is in my room.... scared later got noise cannot sleep....haha thats is also a reason why I am looking at hang-on filter as they are slient in operation...

I dunno what is that kind of tanks called. But it is smaller then a 2ft tanks. Maybe is a 1.5ft tank or 1 ft tank... correct me if I am wrong....

Thanks all Still got some question left... I am thinking of a small tank(eg. those use for office) . Do i need a LR? and also, do I need a protein skimmer?
