  1. yeah one more thing...once you have set the coral in its proper place, don't attempt to disturb/unrest it by relocating again. Otherwise, u may stress ya GEMS...
  2. Don't buy any specimen that have damaged branches or where the tentacles is damaged or you see some brown jelly-like substances tangling. In addition, even with good specimen, the process of transporting and handling it at homeare also critical. Do not hit or touch the tentacles cos' once damaged/hurt, brown jelly will surely developed soon after & then you will . Good luck.../

  7. I have been trying to reduce the micro-bubbles coming out from my Beckett flow outlet using different methods like: 1.) sock covering the outlet 2.) filter wool placed in baffles 3.) My sump has only 3 partition with baffles in between. Beckett is placed in 2nd compartment. The above methods are not perfect solution as micro-bubbles are still able to 'sneak' into the main tank. Is there any other methods ? I heard from some reefers that one effective method is to extend the outflow tube above the sump water level. Please advise.

  13. You can start with Mysis or Brine Shrimps...& perhaps some macro-algae for them to graze on.
  14. I have tried the Aragonite & Strontium before...with no visible results. However, I can't say for their phytoplanktom & zooplankton supplements which are okay. Anyway, all their products are made in thailand...so treat it with a pinch of SALT !

  17. well you should aquascape your live rocks to create more hiding spaces & overhangs...for the fish to swim through. And introduce small specimens whenever possible & typical big specimens last. & then keep ya fingers cross ######...
