It is certainly a symtom of parasite. But do not have to be overly alarm for now. Monitor for ich if possible and takes actions then. It is still better if you QT you fish first. Most new fishes will scratch in my QT. Some will not scratch after a while... Some just develope ich, like my long gone blue tang, where it scratch and ich appears....

Guys & Gals; I'm going to buy a couple of clam for my tank in Surabaya, 2"-3" for $5 a piece. I using 4 24W T5, which I think is suffice for starter. Problem is that how can I distinguish what clam am I buying. The LFS here have no clue in them, they just sell when it is harvested. ty for comment. Also, they lights is quite bad thus cannot see the clam fully open.

Try Algae bleenie or snail for a start. Natural way.

Bro; Its luck that you have only one shrimp dead. Your is a nano tank so you dun have much buffer to work with. From experience from last nano, any power failure that last that long sure wipe out at least 50% of LS/coral alike. Mine has more live stock and run canister filter then. After that even the water stinks. Recovery also difficult for nano tanks. Try not to shift or stir LR/Sand too much for nano, Sudden change in environment has drastic changes to water parameter.

Any idea where to buy yuma? Try so hard to look for them leh. If can find, I sure buy lots of them to bring back. Very expensive in Singapore. Abt 150000rp or more per mouth in Singapore. Also I see very little tangs here, looking for powder blue and blue tangs. Any fish farm here?? Thanks in Advance.
