You should first call up Starhub and ask them to bar the number from calling you. Even though it's a withheld number, they will have their means to find out who the caller is. The telephone operator is just being lazy and refuse to help. Maybe you can call again and hope that another operator picks up your call.

Hi, what i did was that i just ran a magnet thru the bags of sand and straight after, i just poured all the sand into the tank without washing. Then, I just let the system ran for a number of days. While letting the tank run without any LRs/LSs, i kept changing the sponge. And also, I siphoned away the debris when the sand settled. That's how i 'wash' the sand. A lazy person method i guess.
