For my own experience the dechlorine took less than 5 min and i start mix salt and perform water change later. Btw i am using prime. The one time that i have some condition is the sequence. I fill the pail with tap water, add prime to de chlorine. Notice water not enough so i add tap water again. Fish behave weird , hide in behind and bottom tank, i direct put prime into tank and fish normal again. Just my own experience Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

First you use RODI or tap water? if tap water did u dechlorine the water ? Is your salinity wc and tank same ? There could be lots of reason thus may be i give ur water para and wc para to compare Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
