Looks like IOS tank. I suggest you use a bottle of Dr Tim’s One and Only nitrifying bacteria or Monster 9 nitrifying bacteria and dose into your tank to kick start the cycling. Also remember the market prawn. Note: I am not familiar with that dry bacteria bottle, but to convert ammonia to nitrite you will need nitrifying bacteria, and another type of bacterial is use for converting nitrite to nitrate such as Microbacter 7. What bacteria you had introduced? Is it nitrifying bacteria? Suggest you use Monster 9 or Sr Tim’s One and Only bacteria. Do you have enough bio media in your tank, or enough rock scape? Did you use sand bed or bare bottom? All these will impact how fast you can cycle your tank. Lastly for fishless cycling, throw in one normal finger length of market prawn in the tank and let it rot to introduce constant supply of ammonia. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I hope you acclimatise the fish well before placing in main tank. The KH difference can be really harmful. Always get flame angel that feed on pallets than you buy them, else they are very finicky and only want to graze on algae on rock or tank wall.
