I have great success with SPS in nano tank. All you need is stability. Dosing pump and ato should help you with that. Regarding diatom, you may want to stop carbon dose if you doing so. And keep that tank bit more dirty. 0 parameter no3 and po4 isnt always good. Also dose more bacteria. I personally prefer Microbelift special blend. Smells like shit but works like wonder. What is your concern for high nitrate? API tested is not accurate. Try salifert. You may replace ur gfo with zeolite to lock up all the ammonia. ATS you could also want to look at aliexpress. I my self is using 5mm thickness. Its ok. But if possible thicker, to contain/reduce heat transfer thick vs thin glass. Otherwise im not complaining about thickness. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
