Having been retired from work I need to move to small apartment and unfortunately got to get rid of my Marine Aquarium. I wish to sell the whole lot as one item and to do this I am prepared to offer thelot at a very cheap price. I AM NOT INTERSTED IN SELLING INDIVIDUAL ITEMS (So please do not ask). The equipment was new last September 2003. Specification. Main Tank 3FT X 2FT x 2FT Sump (Within Cabinet) 27IN X 8.5IN X 20IN I~REF 18IN X 12IN X4IN Protein Skimmer H & S Model plus PL light fitting Lighting Two X Weipro L95 (MH 14K & 20 K respectively) PH Monitor Denerle 588 Comfort Chiller Hailea - HL380CA Calcium Reactor Korellin C3001 includes 2 CO2 bottles (one full) Eheim Cannister filter Eheim Professional 2 UV Filter Coralif UV Sterilizer Pumps Eheim (model unknown in Sump) and Magnet MD40 Live Rock Guestimate 50 - 60 Kgs. Livestock and Coral as seen. Aqua Medic Nitratereducer 400 (Currently not being used) I would ask any interested parties to PM me and arrange a viewing, I am looking for 2.5-3K SGD for the lot, a very low price as I need to arrange a sale before I have to move, buyer will remove although I can help facilitate this if required. Again I would remind any interested parties that I am not interested in selling the items individually. I am sad I need to be doing this but there is no room for the tank where I am going to live. The tank and all livestock are in good condition. Must be viewed to appreciate. I live in Holland Village. Tony.

Hi guyz... I have no face problem if I have made a mistake I am sooorry..., just trying to be helpful and no offence intended or meant - I apologise. QUOTE You mentioned that you are quoted this price 600 for H & S skimmer ? whereabout are you refering ? and when Glad if you could share. Yes sure - no secret, I bought one three weeks ago from Edmund, Eaquanature, 725 Geylang Road. The listed price is $800 + but they are under offer for $600. I did not mean to be getting at that guy, feel sorry for him as he likely thought that it is a bargain at 650. Brgds/Tony Full details of LFS: Showroom: 725 Geylang Road. Singapore 389636. Business Hours: Tuesday to Friday: 12.30 noon to 7.30 pm Saturday to Sunday: 12 noon to 7 pm Monday: Closed Telephone: +65 67412601 I think you bought the 400 litres model - I just called Edmund - the 850 litres model is 1050 listed price and they are selling 787. For the 400 litres the price is 600. Some confusion on the model number. -------------------- Whatever the model I have it is totally overpriced, although it works well and replaced a $35 Weipro, and the workmanship is poor in respect of the way the pump fits to the unit., and i think $600 for mine is outrageous. Sorry brothers....

Hi, Have a look at www.drozarios.com, as they produce the I-tub, iref etc, and custom make equipment (although pricy). Hope this helps.

Maxima thanks very much I will try that, you are quite correct the Ca level is 220 and despite adding additional Calcium+3, it remains low. Thanks to for the information regarding test kits, for DKh have three kits now, always liked Siefert but their Dkh tester only goes up to 16 and mine is way off the scale. Will shut off. I'll let u know how I get on. Tks again Tony..

Hi all, I have a 3x2x2 tank with 2.5x2x2 sump, been running now for nearly two months. I am also using the above Korallin unit and cannot get the adjust ment correct as I have a very high DKh (18.0) with a PH currently at 8.1. The instructions from Korallin are of little use. There are two adjustments on the Korallin unit. 1. Water flow control and 2. CO2 bubble control. is any SRC member familiar with the Korallin and able to advise me that to decrease the DKh and increase the PH, should I reduce or increase the CO2? I was told by a friend I should reduce the CO2 (currently 10 bubbles per minute) and increase the flow (Currently at max). But it takes days to take effect and after a week I am seeing little or no change. I have already changed more of the water than I should have in an effort to reduce the DKh which worked for a couple of days but its going up again and the PH going down. I am a reletive newcomer to reefkeeping and any help would be appreciated. Take care, Tony.
